I had them last year. The only issue we had with them was the manager told us before we moved in that it was pet friendly. That's it. Then my roommate got a dog and they told him he's not allowed to keep it because he's above a certain weight (20 or 30 lbs I can't remember). So he was forced to pay for an ESA letter. They would rather have him actually return his dog back to the shelter. They were never specific about any of this stuff. They just said it's pet friendly to get us to sign. My roommate and I lived at the Stratford apartments for three years. While it was one of the less expensive properties available for rent at the time, I recommend looking elsewhere unless you like living in an old apartment with black mold growing on your walls. We didn't have many issues while living here, but the mold did bother us, especially with the amount of times we had to have them come remove it. Neighbors can be quite loud, which was surprising because when we moved in, we were told it was a very quiet building. Th... read more

They continued to re-post places on Craigslist that are already rented, and don't respond to voicemails. Then I emailed with three very specific yes/no questions and they emailed back and only responded to one. Don't waste your time.
