IRG is a hand specialist my fingers wouldn't work and now they're working Lisa is the best she worked hard to make my fingers work I'm appreciative thank you.
After a surprise bill I received, I feel scammed and really disappointed. It's unfortunate because I had nothing but a great experience with the therapists I worked with. I've been going here for PT and dry needling regularly since March. In September my insurance changed. When I gave them my new insurance, I explicitly asked them to verify that the new insurance covered the services and I was told that they did. I went for 5 more visits in October-December. Great job and very friendly to all. I enjoyed the time that I get to spend there. Making sure everyone understands what needs to be done is importance. They do a great job.
I was referred here for a back injury, but I’m not sure this clinic was appropriate for that type of treatment, as there was no equipment specifically for back injuries - only three stationary bikes… During all three visits, I was only asked to do my home exercises on a table while staff observed; no additional therapy or treatment was provided.
