I wish I had read these reviews before moving into the Dylan apartments in Denver. Iret took over management soon after we moved in and it was downhill from there. Our apartment was not fully repainted prior to moving in, instead it was spot painted with a different color over places where the previous renters had hung items. After our new house caught fire, we were forced to stay an additional month after our lease ended. To extend your lease any time less than 8 months, our rent essentially doubled. Iret took over managing apartments in Denver Co and the apartment complex has gone downhill. They tried to raise our rent $300 dollars more per month even though we have a lease and now they are trying to charge us 3x our normal utility bill. They are not pleasant to work with. They are unprofessional. Not willing to resolve issues in a timely manner.

The company does NOT seem to want to assist customers or concern themselves with customer satisfaction. Bottom line...they only care about their 'bottom line'. I lived in an apartment rented through the company in 2014, left on good terms, and THREE YEARS LATER I get told I owe almost $900 in fees that I was NEVER told about. Watch out for the move out fees they add on, they DO NOT send out any type of notice nor are they willing to work with you to fix the issue.

I want to share my experience with IRET Property Management in Minot, ND. I rented one of their property at The Commons at Southgate in August of 2014 and stayed there till August 2017 ( 3 years ). And although I have been there tenant for 36 months I realized that the Property Management didn't care about their tenants and/or value their tenants.
