If you've never used another MLS system you might think IRES is ok. It's not. They make unnecessary changes that affect agent productivity. Search features are antiquated and take 14 clicks to get where you need to go only to have partial info pull up. They do pick up the phone which is nice but I don't want to have to call for things that are intuitive with other MLS systems.
IRES is the worst MLS service. Prepare to jump through a million hoops when you cancel and pay for the length of time it takes them to process. Unbelievable headache and expense.
I let my IRES subscription lapse and did not pay the $174ish quarterly dues. So they suspended me with tacking on another $50 for a late fee. I just went in to take a look at my invoice and perhaps pay my $174ish plus the $50 late fee and low and behold, they claim that my bill is over $400. Are they charging me for the next QUARTER dues as well when I've obviously LEFT their MLS? Nickel and dime ya to death is correct with this MLS. Perhaps someone will respond to this review and explain why I'm being charged last quarter, ... read more
