Not impressed. Never did receive a return call.
I spoke with Scott at I fix sprinklers in Gilbert, about repairing my system. He set up an appointment for 09/22/17 between 9:30 - 11:30 am. He never showed or called to cancel the appointment.
I've called and emailed Scott and Mike more than once but no one will return my calls or emails.
Very knowledgable and friendly. Was unable to help me due to my tight timeframe, but walked me through the problem and helped me brainstorm 3 possible solutions that would work for my situation. This kind of customer service (especially on a Sunday) is becoming more and more rare to find. I'm glad that I gave Scott a call!
