I cried when I left iRepairFast in Ponte Vedra, not because I was unhappy, but tears of joy--and I admit some tension release-- because they solved a problem (I thought would never be repaired) by doing a critical reload in minutes on my daughter's Mac Book. We just couldn't manage it and had spent several tense hours trying to resolve. No charge, it only took a couple of minutes, the young technician/computer genius said. I didn't expect that for sure!
