I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. While they clearly present their protocols, they fail to follow them in practice, which has caused my family and me a significant amount of unnecessary stress and pain. Communication with me as my child’s mother was extremely poor they did not keep me informed about my child’s progress, the areas where she needed support, or what I could do at home to help.
