Update to your comment. 1st of all appolgies about the spelling error in terms of wreaths. Simply put, our interaction was when I placed a phone call to you. When I asked is this Irene the owner, you said yes. You should of stated that you are the new owner and mentioned your name. More importanty, you were not pleasant to deal with and sounded frustrated by my basic questions!

We have used Irene's Flowers twice now, a year apart, for two family funerals.They are wonderful. Both times, I specified very specific colours that I thought the deceaseds would like. I did NOT want these looking like funeral flowers (ie no red and white colours). In one case, I asked for a variety of colours including lots of pinks and purples and the other was to be yellow and white. The flowers were so beautiful each time. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The arrangements were beautiful. Our family was very appreciative.
