I first met Irene when I was planning on selling my property in another county, she directed me as to how and when to list, she did all the preparations for the listing. She listed my property, screened each person who wanted to have a showing, she lets me know who were really interested in buying and for those who were not serious. Buying a house is stressful and even worse in today's market. My husband and I wanted a professional and responsive person and we are glad that Irene was our realtor! Had a few bumps on the road with with process overall but Irene always remained calm, cool and collected. She asked the right questions on our behalf and advocated for us from the very beginning to the end. She's just wonderful to work with and went above and beyond. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her services again in the near future!
Irene is very pleasant to work with. I felt she was honest and upfront with selling my cousin property. She had good ideas and carried them through. There was a time when I called her and asked if she would take some pictures of the house and send them to me . And she did. Check on the house. I don't believe I could have found a better realtor .
