This agent is very rude and talks down to you. I don’t know what her problem is but I’m a long time customer and I finally had enough. I switch agents and the main office was so quick and efficient to make sure I found the right person for me. Irene talks over you and be littles you. I would not recommend at all. This wasn’t a one time incident either, this was multiple conversations that made me feel uncomfortable to ask questions. Best decision I made was to switch agents.
