Hi I am not a patient but your office has the rudest receptionist first I called and she answered n pretended to not hear me and hung up I called 2 more times and she would just hang up the phone without speaking than she finally answered and claims she was speaking n no one was on the other side..than I explained to her I have some sort of eye infection n I'm diabetic than again she ask me again why do I need to see doc she has no compassion for patients very rude sad you have someone like that working in your office ...I w... read more
Love her best injector I’ve ever been to. Extremely professional. Alway takes her time and is knowledgeable about services and products. I love the office staff friendly and personable.
This receptionist was so rude and very unprofessional. I definitely cancelled any appointments w her. After trying to schedule an appointment she rudly burst out saying if I need to cancel they can charge me $150 really? No thanks not going back to office
