Myself and my partner have attempted to contact Ireland HSV multiple times for an enquiry regarding a port for my Holden. Have not spoken to anyone from the Parts Department at all. No one has returned our call.

Very slow, no communication towards their customers
I wish I had a look to the reviews before I brought my car in. Totally agree with most of previous reviews. Extremely incompetent. They were unable to provide the services associated with representing the Holden brand. They could have assisted me much more quickly and effectively, supplying the right information. I waited 4.5 hours for a task that took only 20 minutes, resulting in the same observation made by a Holden dealer two weeks earlier. Ultimately, they were still unable to help.
