I wish I had a look to the reviews before I brought my car in. Totally agree with most of previous reviews. Extremely incompetent. They were unable to provide the services associated with representing the Holden brand. They could have assisted me much more quickly and effectively, supplying the right information. Been calling their spares office for three days consecutively, and got no response. I have a client who has been waiting for a radio code and after countless calls, it goes around in a continuous circle of recorded messages and is pointless. It clearly shows that it's all about the money and not customer service these days.
Found their service and parts very unhelpful! Would not even look at helping with a simple part ( broken down 2 hrs west of Cairns) because my GMC was not converted by them! Said “my car is an import” Aren’t all GMC’s & Silverado’s imported??? I questioned about servicing and again because it wasn’t converted by them they would not service it! Listed a a specialists dealer!! Stay well clear of these clowns!
Holden customer care has been less than helpful since purchasing a BRAND NEW Cascada, as many major problems in as many years.. at 6 years old, I have had turbo issues, gasket issues, ignition barrel issues, major oil leaks and for the last year they can't work out where rain gets in to fill the car and after 3 fixes they still can't stop it and keep insinuating they want to charge me to replace carpets?!?!
