Update (8/22/26): A person, named Laura, reached out to determine what happened. By process of elimination, we found out that their software system was unexpectedly dropping appt (even when she made them). She was able to schedule (and confirm) another appt (which went flawlessly) for me. Thanks Laura, you are worth the 5 stars! I called later in the afternoon (8/5/26) and spoke to a young lady. I asked for an appointment and was told that there was no openings that day (I didn't expect there would be as it was around 4 pm).... read more
