Absolute best staff! Down to Earth, approachable, but yet super professional 10/10. Very kind, accommodating, but relatable. Even before they put me under, My mom & i could hear them having everyday normal outside work conversations amongst themselves, It was very comforting bcuz it made u feel at home as my mom & i was having our own personal convo inside my room behind the curtain. I highly recommend their 24 hour urgent care. I ended up taking my son there in the middle of the night for a double ear infection and we were seen quickly. The staff was wonderful! Checking in was easy and Arecelis was very nice, nurse was so kind too but I forget her name. PA Joshua Russ was so great and took his time making sure I asked any questions I had.
