IRC has been my go-to remediation company for a few years now. They are always on time, easy to communicate with and do excellent work from start to finish. Big or small job, IRC is the go-to.

HORRIBLE. The service was absolutely awful, If I could give it 0 stars I would. The only good thing they did was coming here on time. I had my son speak with them while I was next to him and we told them that we wanted to bleach clean our carpet. The day comes and they are cleaning our carpet you would think the job would at least take an hour or so but no they were only here for 15 minutes. I did not hire this company- but the apartment I rent from is contracted with them so they came in to do some drywall repairs/builds. Though they worked quickly and the end result looks fine- my apartment was left covered in dust (they didn’t cover any of my furniture) and I was also left with a cracked TV stand. I truthfully feel as though they stood on top of it, if not dropped something on it but never reported it to the leasing office or their own supervisor.
