Irazu is Chicago's first and only Costa Rican restaurant and we've been perfecting our style for the past 27 years. We've been a mainstay in the heart of Bucktown, just steps from the O'Hare Blue Line (Western station) and "The 606". The food was well seasoned and great tasting. Just loved it.
Overpriced mediocre food you're paying more for the vegetables that the actual steak from what I ordered and from what I saw on other people's plates they are just taking advantage of a Costa Rican restaurant in a hipster neighborhood
I'm from Costa Rica I love the traditional costarican food made me feel like I was in my country and the service was excellent
Years ago I was walking around the area with the hubby and the wonderful aromas drew us in to eat. Dinner was amazing back then and every time since. I wish I lived closer.
