I had a great experience with Iraida and her team. She was able to accommodate a move out cleaning for me on very short notice and at a great price. Her team is very polite and efficient. They got to work right away, brought all of their own supplies and had the place looking sparkling new and smelling unbelievably good. You can absolutely trust Iraida and her team with your home. We were very happy with the deep clean service. Our house had not been professionally cleaned in over a year, and we were not keeping up with the dirt, dust, and pet hair on our own. They did a great job and our house feels good as new. I also appreciate that they stopped by in advance for a free quote so there were no surprises on cost.

Asked for and paid for a deep cleaning ($310 + $40 tip) but got a subpar routine cleaning with no carpet shampoo (I was not expecting a steam cleaning, just a regular carpet shampoo since 80% of our house is carpet) OR grout cleaning even though that was what was explicitly requested for the quote and was told no problem. Was told by owner that she provided a list of services that was included even though we specifically spoke about grout and carpet cleaning.
