I am so lucky to have Dr Shafran, his lovely wife Anita and the whole team looking after me. I look forward to my visits and can relax knowing that I am in the best hands regarding my condition. They are always available and care so much about all of their patients. This is Dr Shafran's passion and he just lights up discussing this subject and all the new breakthroughs available. I've told Dr Shafran he can never retire.....and I mean it!! Thank you all so much xx

One of the leading GI specialists in the country, Dr. Shafran is a true stand out! His level of expertise in conjunction with his incredibly friendly demeanor are completely unique. His comforting bedside manor carries over into his staff and overall practice attitude. Having seen nearly a dozen GI doctors in NY, NJ, CA, CO, SC, GA and FL I have a unique vantage point when it come to assessing a doctor. I can say with certainty that if you are suffering with Crohn's or Colitis that this is the place that you need to go!
BEST team of doctors I have EVER encountered. Everyone in the office TRULY cares about all of their patients. I have Crohn's (severe) & they all take such tremendous care- Patty has even helped me on the weekend. I just LOVE this office & am SO very glad I found them. Have had Crohn's since I was 23, am 75 now! Lived in NJ until 9 years ago and never received as good care there as I do with Dr Shafran and staff! Love them to pieces! God bless them all!
This is the most amazing doctor and staff. I love Dr Shafran and Patty( PA). I totally trust them with my GI issues. I drive an hour to get there and they are even out of network with my insurance and I still go there!
