Dr. Shafran is excellent. He LISTENS to the patient. He will always do his best to run tests and to figure out what is going on with his patient. He is very personable, caring. Very ,Very smart man in his field. His wife Anita is also just a loving, caring person also. I have been going to Dr. Shafran for 15+ yrs. I actually travel to go to see him. Dr. S also gives you plenty of time and doesn't rush you.
I have been going to Ira for over 30 years. Never have I had better care! I never left his office wondering, he ALWAYS put my mind at ease & of course had all the answers & resolutions ! My whole family goes to you Ira & we’re going to miss u, not only as our Greatest doctor but truly as Our Friend! Our Best to u & Anita n ur next endeavor! Our love to u both. I love this doctor, He was the one who targets on the cause of the disease instead of treating the inflammation from Crohn's. I fell in love in my very first visit to see him. And his wife Anita, she was awesome, she did my blood work and patiently explained me everything that I need to do later... so helpful team. Chris was awesome guy too because without him I wouldn't have got an earlier appointment with Dr. Shafran. Thank you guys.
Best Crohn's & Colitis physician in central FL! He and his staff always go above & beyond to help me get the care that I need to stay in remission. I am so very grateful for the care that I have received for over 20 years!!! I also Love seeing the sweet doggies in the office... I like to bring them treats! They are Simply the Best!
