I have only seen Ira for a couple of months but from the very first session he has been kind, understanding, and helpful. In such a short time I feel free to tell him anything, no matter how hard it is for me to express. He is blunt and right to the point. Ira did an okay job in general as a therapist but failed to properly fill out paperwork correctly and refused to acknowledge mistakes when changes were needed. Responding to the need for changes with immediate, defensive agression. Ultimately addind significant detriment to my mental health.

Poor recommendation, he claimed I missed appointments, which is not true, and he failed to make an appointment and failed to acknowledge. Claimed I failed to make effort, but that was false.

Ira is sharp, insightful, technical, skilled with anger issues and autism. Ira is good at being direct and blunt with you, which is what I need. Ira will go out of his way to help you, and is really good at connecting the dots. He is very goal oriented. His style might not be for everyone, but he is exactly what I need right now.
