Dr. Zucker is an amazing doctor. He has amazing bedside manner and is dedicated to curing you.
I went for an evaluation before scheduling a colonoscopy. Everything went smoothly from check-in, filling out forms to being weighed, having blood pressure and heart checked, and being questioned by Dr. Zucker. Then walked over to another room to schedule the colonoscopy at the hospital. The following day I picked up the medicine drink from my pharmacy that was prescribed to prepare my colon for the colonoscopy. I have no complaints about any of this.
This doctor is fine, but the office staff makes it impossible to get treatment. My fiance was prescribed a medication but the office never submitted an authorization to insurance. When I asked them to do so (several times), I was told to call back, that I would receive a call back, and generally delayed. It has been weeks and the paperwork is not done and I can't get in touch with the office, so my fiance is unable to receive treatment. Given these issues, I recommend finding a different doctor.
He is attentive, interested, knowledgeable & caring! He takes the time to listen not just about health problems, but also what’s going on in my daily life that might affect my whole being!
Dr. Zucker has been my gastroenterologist for over 35 years. He will listen to your complaints and concerns and will give you straight answers and work at adjusting your medications to achieve the best results for you.
Dr Zucker & his Medical Assistant Richard are absolutely wonderful and they have been taking care of my family for 30+ years. 10 Stars!!!
I would never go to another doctor God made this Doctor for a reason to do the right thing for everybody. I can't thank him enough for all his help
