Had the Most Amazing experience with Dr. Pavidapha and his team!!!.Every person I encountered From Appointment setting ,consultation to procedure was Top Notch and Truly dedicated to my care!During my procedure he discovered Another issue that I am being treated for and how it has progressed, offered advice and treatment options .His Excellent communication skills, making sure I understand and comfortable with all aspects of procedure, vast Experience I’m excited to go forward with his treatment plan. I am writing to express my gratitude to an employee named Mirella. She is a genuine joy to speak with. I'm assuming she is a receptionist and the only employee that answers when I call, thank goodness. She helped me get my medical records shipped from Va Beach. She was always willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. She consistently demonstrated that she cared about my needs and performed at or above my expectations, unlike Dr Bagla who wouldn't call me over a 2 week period and answer my concerns and fears over a ... read more
