This lady who works on Thursdays at the Daly City location is very rude and arrogant to customers/patients. Never smiles and acts like a know-it-all. She's probably just a wannabe doctor or nurse.
Came here for RLE advice and ended up with Dr Jack Tian as my surgeon. Prior to the surgery, Dr Tian spent several lengthy phone calls with me to discuss my needs and suitability with the different IOL lenses on the market. Due to me having had Lasik done 19 years ago for hyperopic (farsightedness), he suggested the LAL (Light Adjustable Lense) from RXSight.
