This lady who works on Thursdays at the Daly City location is very rude and arrogant to customers/patients. Never smiles and acts like a know-it-all. She's probably just a wannabe doctor or nurse.
Came here for RLE advice and ended up with Dr Jack Tian as my surgeon. Prior to the surgery, Dr Tian spent several lengthy phone calls with me to discuss my needs and suitability with the different IOL lenses on the market. I had PRK surgery 2023 of April to correct my vision so I will stop wearing glasses.. Everything was perfect, healing was fast just 5 days I was able to go back to work and normal life. Clear vision 20/20. Until after a year it's getting start to get blurry again. Little by little.. maybe I will be needing to use glasses again.. as suggested by their doctors.. feels like not worth of what I've paid..
Highest quality care, professional team, outstanding results. - If you're considering laser vision correction, this is a premier location for that in the Bay Area. Update almost 7 years after my surgery: I had PRK on both eyes to correct myopia, zero side effects after the initial healing period, no issues with dry eyes, still have 20/20 vision.
