Jeff and his crew finished our basement. He was able to give us great design ideas and was also able to incorporate everything we wanted to use (hardwood, tile, cork, live edge wood bar top). His workers were all trustworthy and did very good work. If you have a big or small renovation project, I would absolutely recommend Jeff Decker with I/Q Custom Homes for your job.

Highly recommend IQ Custom Homes. My home was hit by an airplane, which took out the entire side of my house. IQ Custom Homes did all the repair work and bringing everything back up to code. Their team provides frequent updates and the communication was great. We were able to get back in our home earlier than anticipated and the quality of work stood the test of time. We sold our home 3 years later and there was nothing called out in the home inspection for the work completed. I would hire them again for any big project.

Jeff Decker is an experienced, honest, hardworking general contractor in whom we had no fears placing our trust and our money for a major remodel of our entire first floor with a budget of over 100K. This included taking the kitchen and two bathrooms back to the studs, adding walls, reworking venting and gas lines, moving toilets, refinishing floors, and more drywall than you can sneeze at.
