Dr. Uddin has been the best- by far- tha I’ve ever seen.
They lied and claimed they setup a appointment, come to find out they never did
I’ve been a patient with Dr. Uddin for years, with phone appointments. He is a very nice, easygoing man, who is always open to discuss issues I may be having. He gets a five ⭐️ review. The office staff, however, is AWFUL. I demand to handle ordering Rx refills myself. Dr. Uddin isn’t part of Kaiser, but is contracted to them. So, when I order a refill, Kaiser faxes the request to the office & they are to get the authorization back asap. The office staff has NEVER done this. Not ONCE. They let it sit & ignore it. This experience has been terrible with the office staff. I have called four times. Nobody has returned my phone call. I love Dr. Arif, but the medical staff I wish I could give them a zero. I have called over four times even requested a medication refill. It’s been at least three weeks. nothing.I feel sad about looking for another doctor, but they definitely need better office staff. I’m still waiting on a manager Maria, but I will not hold my breath!!!
Dr. Uddin has been a great doctor to me for years, and my fiancée is with Dr. Ahmed, who is also wonderful!
