I will never again recommend Ipsy I have attempted to get some kind of response. I upgrade to the larger box that they shipped to my old address even after updating my info. I have reached out to the company multiple times with no response. Terrible customer service. Changing account # at my bank because there is no way to cancel the service online. Horrible horrible horrible!!!
