Better service department! Extremely rude and not helpful. We have a 2015 Ford Explorer. This car has primarily been kept in the garage. The roof plugs were clogged. Now the car cannot be driven as it smells like severe mold. The dealership said it would dissipate over time, but there is nothing they can do. This car has only 40,000 miles on it and cannot be driven! The department was extremely unhelpful. We have owned 5 Fords in our lifetime and will never buy again!
