Can somebody tell security working Save Mart Ashlan and West closing 8/25/2025 it's ok to approach customers if you have reasonable suspicion of theft. Also inform him that if you have no idea how a self checkout works you're not supposed to approach customers, again, if you don't have reasonable suspicion, that would be called targeting. This company is completely useless. Very unprofessional. Santa Ana branch is closed but still shows up on Google. The corporate office never answers their phone. It’s incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone that works for the company. Don’t waste your time.

In my experience, this employer does not uphold the standards or values they claim to promote.
