The company fails to provide adequate support or fair treatment to all security personnel, often showing favoritism and disregarding the well-being of others. Can somebody tell security working Save Mart Ashlan and West closing 8/25/2025 it's ok to approach customers if you have reasonable suspicion of theft. Also inform him that if you have no idea how a self checkout works you're not supposed to approach customers, again, if you don't have reasonable suspicion, that would be called targeting.
