I hired ipros / Concete masters, after visiting Home Advisor. Gonzalez responded quickly and came out to bid on the job. There was about 1700 Sq ft of work to be done. including 3 entrances with stairs and landings, a large covered patio, a parking slab in front of garage, sidewalks. and stairs + landing inside the garage. The areas were not at final grade, but close. Gonzalez and another worker spent 3 days forming, backfilling, and scraping high spots to achieve final grade. Hard working crew
Do not hire. We just filed a lawsuit against Ipros. Mr. Gonzales did not provide what we asked for, did not correct any of the issues, used sub-standard materials, improperly installed both the sod and the seed, did not provide the number of materials quoted, subcontracted the irrigation system to a contractor who provided a used and obsolete sprinkler system, and lied about everything. Customer service is top notch. He communicated well and kept in touch. Pricing was fair for cleaning up the over growth in my yard. It looks like a whole new house. I'm very happy with the results.
iPros did a great job, very professional, from the first meting to the close out after installing my concrete driveway. They are very hard working, kept to the schedule and provided input on minor changes to improve the driveway.
This guy is hard working and underbid everyone. Was flexible when i changed my plans and the cemented backyard looks fabulous!
