If I could give this company a lower rating than one star I would give 0. Truly disgusting and awful employees
No review on actual service, but if you could teach your employees how to drive that would be great. You got truck 202 down here in Beaufort swerving in between lanes, cutting people off, slamming on the breaks like hes trying to cause a car-purpose, and cutting over two lanes to get a turn it looked like he forgot to take.
Ipoint has been taking care of my alarm system and camera system for years. If there's ever an issue they're easy to get in touch with and will rectify the problem as quickly as possible. Can't ask for better service than that.
They can't talk to there employees and let them know if things aren't going good. There rude, uncoordinated, and plain out stupid. Don't use this company. They will take your money and never come back to finish the job, but if they do they will never come back to fix anything for a service call. They get rid of the good workers and keep the stupid ones. Grady Crunk and Troy Nagel are worthless people to work for and with. They also re sell old broken equipment to other people. They have sold Monk's Corner PD the same broken ... read more
