Great property management company. The broker is attentive to the needs of an out of state homeowner. I never have a problem getting a question answered. The software system that they use is outstanding. I can log-in anytime and review all or any transaction on my account, see inspection pictures and reports, and my payments are always on time. I highly recommend IPM Realty for property management.
Keven has started a company with a lot of experience under his belt. IPM Realty is the go to company for anything real estate. Keven is knowledgeable on not only property management, but sales as well. I have never had a problem getting someone on the phone when I call. The customer service is responsive and friendly. There is no other real estate company in Pace or Pensacola that I would use.
