Had termite re-inspection and treatment for spiders. Don was very thorough and professional. Explained every step. IPM is an locally owned pest management company. They do an excellent job.
We had an inspection by Zach. We was very thorough and explained things clearly. He also made other recommendations about the foundation of our home that was much appreciated. The estimate was divided into cost for house shed and detached garage and then a total cost. They also a renewable annual cost to extend the guarantee.
