Excellent service from Keanu Thank you
This is no longer iPlumb but 'Ballantyne All Commerical Property Services' which is a dodgy company that I would not recommend at all! We used iPlumb 2 years ago before they changed hands and the original company was reasonably priced, transparent, communicative and honest... the new owners are the opposite
I engaged services of IPlumb only to have a plumber from Another company turn up as Dave had sold his business to Ballantynes Plumbing. They didn't come at agreed time and didn't do what I called them for. They then sent their bill to a collection service after 18 months rather than contact me direct. Unprofessional and unethical
Great professional service, highly recommend. Placing this review too to try and warn people not to use plumbing services that have no reviews or capacity to review around Singleton WA. We initially used a plumber that left black marks from drain cleaner over our sinks and left pipes leaking from such as well and a $885 bill for what was a blocked pipe.
