Dropped my phone and shattered my screen. He came out and fixed my screen but when I went to unlock it later it couldn't sense my touch. They responded right away to my complaint and scheduled another tech to come out the next day. He arrived on time and fixed my problem quickly. Thank you!

Truly a great and painless experience. My daughter has an iPhone and is clumsy, she refuses to keep the screensaver and case on the phone. The phone is insured but would have cost $125 to replace the screen. iPhone Techs completed the repair for $65 and less than 30 mins whereas it would have taken a few days going through the insurance. I will definitely use their service again ( my child is really clumsy). The customer service is A+. Thanks again!
