He came ontime and in minutes identified that my screen wasn't cracked. All that happened was my screen protector had done its job and taken the impact when the phone fell. At that point refused to charge me! What a great guy! If you need IPhone screen repair, he is the man to call!
I looked all over the area for a phone repair company with reasonable rates. Most places were $85 plus, but iPhone Technicians came in with a much better price. Plus they could have come to me, or I meet them at a mutually agreed location! Rick let me know when he would be there and got the job done in a timely manner! Best of all, they warranty their work for at least 30 days. Do yourself a favor and book iPhone Technicians for all of your phone repairs!

I had them come out to my work to replace my iPhone 7+ screen. All I did was come outside when Rick (the tech) got here and once more 35min later when he finished. The whole process required about 15min of my time between setting up the appointment and drop off/pick up of the phone. Super great guy to work with and was apologetic for being 20min late even though the whole process cost half as much and took a quarter of the time as another local tech.
