“I had my iPhone screen repaired here and ended up paying twice for the same issue. Less than 24 hours after the second repair, the LCD already showed damage in the corner — even though the glass was intact and my phone was in an OtterBox with a screen protector. When I called to speak to a manager, the staff member who assisted me hung up on me. The shop claims repairs are covered for 30 days, but they have ignored my texts and calls since.
