I dropped off my iPhone 6 on Monday, March 20, with the expectation that it was a 3-7 day repair and as of March 27 and 30, the "tech is still working on it." Their employees do not call with updates or answer any questions upon being called or visited. On April 2 when I finally was able to speak to the tech he said he had to "Order a piece... blah bah" and he'd contact me within the next day.
