Worst service ever. Phone line never worked. Was directed to call directly to their cells and then got reprimanded for calling them instead of calling the answering service . Called the nurse and she stated what did my mom need because weather was bad. They would respond hours later. Nurse wanted my mom to answer what was wrong with her when she couldn't.

Excellent customer service and they helped us with our school project. Highly recommend!!!
