My wife is currently being treated for home health care by IPH. What a fantastic organization!! . . . the standards that the CEO Nancy has are the highest and it shows!! We have Lori (Nurse), Rene & Ginger (PT), Lisa (OT) . . . they are soooo helpful with my wife . . . just incredibly competent, encouraging . . . doing everything to help her incrementally to improve each visit. We are very grateful for IPH!!
My family needed physical therapy for my mother who had a stroke. IPH was dragging their feet, so I called another company that said they could start immediately. Out of courtesy to IPH we called and explained we were choosing another company at which point Nicole began berating me for not choosing them. This was extremely stressful as if the situation we are is not stressful enough. Nicole is a terrible person and a terrible representation of IPH.
I can’t thank IPH staff enough! Starting with Andrea who was mom’s nurse to Taylor who both adored my mom. Candace her bath aid took her time with mom and embraced her every single time. Laura,Sherry and Julie the on call nurses were jolly on the spot. Mom passed peacefully with the help of the delicate care they gave. Felicia the social worker was amazing and helped me so much during the most stressful time. Mom was in the best of care and I felt the staff loved my mom profusely!
