Never used them, probably never will as I don't have a need. BUT they deserve this high rating simply for dealing with being harassed by an antagonistic veteran being a dick to them and now trying to trash their reputation.
Keep politics to self if you want to stay in business. But looks like customer care sucks too so... Maybe you should review your reviews, or do you not care about those like your customers? Plenty of options here in city, think for most that they've already changed providers. Guess you've been fired 🤣
