Do not rent any Mallord cove houses or apartments out of thomasville ga from iPad Management Shelley brookson. I just had to file a civil lawsuit against this company for withholding a 1,250 security deposit . I rented from this place 4 years never missed a payment , never paid late . (If zero stars were an option, I’d go with that.) Avoid these people and “North Point Villas” at ALL costs. This company is a mess from top to bottom—greedy management, shady practices, and zero respect for their residents. Let’s talk about the most recent issue: they did non-stop renovations in the unit directly above mine for over a month from sun up to literally 6-7pm every single day including Saturdays. I just moved from one of the properties, my lease was up a year ago so I was renting month to month. I was told I was going to get my deposit back after they inspected it, and thanked me for having it so clean. I got a letter a few days later saying I forfeited my deposit because I didn't give a 30 day notice but it clearly states no less than 15days prior to next rent due. I didn't realize so many people have similar issues, I'm very disappointed in this company.
Why has nothing been done to Shelley Brookson by management? Do you not read your reviews? Or do really not care about your customers? I've tried to call her several times and she's very disrespectful 😡 She's very good at throwing people under the bus to make herself look good.
