I just moved from one of the properties, my lease was up a year ago so I was renting month to month. I was told I was going to get my deposit back after they inspected it, and thanked me for having it so clean. I got a letter a few days later saying I forfeited my deposit because I didn't give a 30 day notice but it clearly states no less than 15days prior to next rent due. I didn't realize so many people have similar issues, I'm very disappointed in this company.
Why has nothing been done to Shelley Brookson by management? Do you not read your reviews? Or do really not care about your customers? I've tried to call her several times and she's very disrespectful 😡 She's very good at throwing people under the bus to make herself look good. I rented from iPad Management for two years! Great company, always friendly and easy to work with.
Do not work for these people! They are cheap cheap cheap! They want something for nothing! Especially when you have a lawn service please stay away from these crooks! They want yards cut for $50 bucks no matter the size! They have poor communication skills. The big man in charge wanted me to maintain 19 properties for 1000 month cutting each one twice and removing trees and debris and everything else they add! Stay away from these crooks! If I could give this trash company a 0, I would. Let me preface this review by stating, I am NEVER the type to write a disparaging review about a company. However, this review needs to be written.
