Well the chrome shop was great got a good deal on a bulkhead they had a sale on and they told me their shop could install it. Shop said it be a two to six hour wait after nine hours of waiting and still had two trucks ahead of me I told them thanks but no thanks they really didn’t care less at the shop so they lost the sale on the bulkhead and the installation They will have take that bulkhead back to the show room

Bought some spikes for Freightliner and they did not fit sent them back in same form as received them but added additional foam for protection unlike how they were sent to me and have been denied credit for the return stating I damaged them and there is no way. They were in more than one box and I added foam to protect them.

price to dam high and rude. as hell
My husband ordered an $800 bumper part and when he opened the box it was damaged! He called and sent pictures immediately and they told him because he wasn’t home to sign, open, and inspect the box when it was delivered, too bad because the delivery driver marked the box wasn’t damaged (of course he did 🙄)! Horrible customer service! Most people work who order such large parts in order to pay for them, and can’t be home to inspect and open the box at time of delivery! Nice improvements to food court, nice hot roomy showers
They used to be the place to go to for your chrome, lights etc but I have notice they have gotten way out there these days. They do have some of the Best truck stops out there for as food and parking etc but the other for as all the things you may want or need they have gotten way high , alot of the products you can buy else where are half the price as I have personally found out and I have held off and gotten what I needed else where I just wish they would get back to there good ways .
