Everything that l have ordered has arrived at a reasonable time & l received everything that l ordered!!
I ordered 3 sets of mud flap weights along with 1/4 fenders and a visor. Everything showed up as it should. But 1 problem. The box that should have had the mud flap weights in it was empty. Totally sealed box with nothing in it. I dunno what happen. But i called Iowa 80 and explain to them what happened. They didnt queston a thing. Shipped out 3 sets of mud flap weights. Just asked me to keep the box for 48hrs. For UPS. The new mud flap weights came today. All 3 sets. Thats customer service!! They have my business from here ... read more
Horrible customer service, I would recommend never ordering from them. Ordered $650 worth of products and the order was supposedly dropped off at 7-8 pm at night with no signature needed by UPS (ignorant policy for iowa80 to ship packages worth this type of value without needing signatures). The package never made it and has never been found and Iowa80 / UPS are willing to do nothing about the incident because the package was dropped off at the correct address...
