We are so grateful for Dr. Wilke and her entire team. They offer thoughtful, compassionate care and treat our boys Buster and Sparky like they were their own. Dr. Wilke takes all the time needed to explain options and talk us through the best plan. We love these folks!

Kind, caring and very professional
IVAC is simply the best for veterinary care. Dr. Wilke, Jessica, Lanita, and all of the staff are really kind and caring. I truly think they are the best at caring for animals in a holistic way. They use traditional methods as well as acupuncture and other natural remedies. I will never take my dogs or cats anywhere else as long as I live here in Des Moines. :)
