Just started a search for a pick up truck and randomly bumped into a very personable salesman named Tyler Feldmann as the lot was closing for the evening. The next day or so Tyler listened to what I was searching for, price, make and features. If I purchase from here , no doubt it will be from Tyler !!!
Bought a used car 6/23/25. I Had an alignment and steering issue along with the AC issue that took 4/5 services to figure out what was wrong. I had to contact another dealership and ask what could be wrong. My check engine light also came on and they replaced a sensor and took my drive shaft apart and my gas tank. After I got my vehicle back after not having it most of the month of July, my drive shaft fell off. I took it back and they said “ a bolt” fell off and they replaced the bolt. I haven’t even had my car a month yet and it’s been in the shop 4/5 times for the same issues. I didn’t want the car to begin with but I brought my old car in for a trade in and I left with my sunroof not working so I lost my trade in value at another dealerships so I felt like I had to shop for a car at McGrath since my sunroof worked with appraised but didn’t work when left that day.
