Bought a used car 6/23/25. I Had an alignment and steering issue along with the AC issue that took 4/5 services to figure out what was wrong. I had to contact another dealership and ask what could be wrong. My check engine light also came on and they replaced a sensor and took my drive shaft apart and my gas tank. I haven’t even had my car a month yet and it’s been in the shop 4/5 times for the same issues. I didn’t want the car to begin with but I brought my old car in for a trade in and I left with my sunroof not working so I lost my trade in value at another dealerships so I felt like I had to shop for a car at McGrath since my sunroof worked with appraised but didn’t work when left that day. Very disappointed in my experience at this Pat McGrath. Brought my car in for a trade-in to see if I could possibly get into something newer and I noticed that some things were wrong with the car and I wanted them addressed before buying the suv but one the sales manager made a comment that said it’s not fair to the sales person if I don’t take the vehicle because the Sales person did not make the car.
