Very disappointed in my experience at this Pat McGrath. Brought my car in for a trade-in to see if I could possibly get into something newer and I noticed that some things were wrong with the car and I wanted them addressed before buying the suv but one the sales manager made a comment that said it’s not fair to the sales person if I don’t take the vehicle because the Sales person did not make the car.
