Iowa Spine and performance is an amazing office , I was struggling with hip pain I started working with Dr Cameron he diagnosed the problem set up a detailed plan of action of meeting every week and following and performing stretches and exercises and why we were gonna be doing these certain exercises and why they would help me , we followed the plan of action and the results started showing immediately and got better as we followed the plan , I would highly recommend Iowa Spine and Performance..
