Before seeing Dr. Cam I struggled with everyday activities like sitting, lifting weights at the gym, and bending over. Throughout my treatment with Dr. Cam I have been able to identify the issue and correct it. One thing I love most about going to Iowa Spine and Performance is the warm, welcoming environment. All of the staff say hi to me when I come in and always make me feel welcome.

I highly recommend Iowa Spine and Performance, especially Dr. Cameron Whitehead. From my very first visit, he took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain what was causing my pain, and develop a treatment plan that made sense. I have had lower back pain for many years and was ready to get some relief. My son came here and had great results so I thought I would give it a try. Dr Cameron has given me exercises not only to do at home but weights to do at the gym that I never would have tried. I have really noticed a significant change in my strength. I am so glad to have made this choice and recommend them highly. Both of the doctors and staff are very personable and genuinely want to help.

I was suffering from lower back pain after some previous back injuries and aging. I had received some care from a couple of other places but was not satisfied. I have been getting chiropractor services and physical therapy from Dr Cam. I like that he listens to what I tell him and he focuses on the level of pain and where the pain is. I’ve tried multiple different forms of treatment - at a variety of different places - and have not found relief like I have at Iowa Spine and Performance. I felt heard and important from the first moment of the intake visit. The entire process has been easy and extremely beneficial in relieving my pain.
