I have known Joe a very long time and found him to be an extraordinary human. I worked with Joe for many years and saw his interactions daily with his clients and anyone he met. Joe knew the area and the market very well. He told us early on what to expect from varying neighborhoods when it came to pricing as well as how much to expect to negotiate. Anytime we encountered a hiccup in the process, Joe was on the phone with anyone and everyone to get it resolved, even when our mortgagor was delaying part of the process. He even gave us our first housewarming present! Couldn’t ask for a better, more knowledgeable, and straight forward realtor to assist us in buying our home!

We listed our house with Joe and he received an offer before the For Sale sign was put up. I really appreciated how Joe worked with the buyers and their agent to negotiate resolutions to issues that I would have found stressful. By removing a lot of the hassle we expected out of selling or house, my wife and I wondered why we didn't list with Joe sooner! Highly recommended!
