It is pretty bad when the owner of a Christian company proceeds to tell me, "this is how we get paid", when it comes at the expense of your own internal rep not expressing that i would be charged for the remote service at the beginning of the call instead of at the end of the remote service, b/c I certainly was not aware of the charge and I WOULD NEVER HAVE AUTHORIZED IT FOR SOMETHING THAT SIMPLE.
