We unfortunately were delayed by 3 months in our 1st project as so many were lined up for sewer replacement. Windows were our second project. Went to Iowa Lumber without an appointment, sale person demonstrated the various windows. I had measurements with and within an hour I was sold. I went back a couple times to make some changes without any problem a new estimate was written. Windows were in within 2 weeks and 23 were installed in two days, Fast, quality work, beautiful windows and those terrible 1950's storms are gone! ... read more

I really have nothing good to say about this company that finally installed my storms for me. It seems like it took way too much time for these supposedly special order windows to come in, but yet they were promising next day service otherwise. I can't say that I would recommend them to anyone at this time. Their other jobs seem to take preference and I would prefer someone that focuses on customer service more than that.
